The Belgian DPA issued a new decision following a so-called 'light decision', whereby it had ordered a company to stop processing certain personal data used for direct marketing and to delete the data. Since the company neither complied with the order nor notified the DPA of any action taken, it issued a new decision, with a reprimand and a new order to comply within one month.
