Data Protection in Bavaria

Bavaria is one of the states of Germany. It has its own data protection authority (DPA), called the the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht. Bavaria has also a separate DPA in charge of data processing by Bavarian state authorities.
