In short

We provide you with this page and (if you sign up) a newsletter and get an anonymous statistic to see if we succeeded in doing so.

Only if you edit a page some data will be stored about your edit. If you created an account, it's the account data, otherwise we store you IP address together with each edit. Some cookies are technically necessary in this case. If you sign up to our newsletter, we keep your email in a list. That's it.

When you browse GDPRhub

  • Purpose: We only process your personal data that is necessary to provide this page to you („transactional data” such as your IP address) and use it for ensuring the security of the page.
  • Storage: Transactional data is not stored. Security log data (e.g. when the software identifies an „incident“) are deleted within 14 days, unless there is an individual reason to keep information for a longer period of time (e.g. when individual IP addresses are blocked).
  • Legal Basis: Your consent to send you the page you asked us for and our legitimate interests in security of our page.
  • Legitimate Interests: For security reasons we may process personal information (IP addresses) on this page.
  • Recipients: None. We do not share personal data with other controllers.
  • Processors: We only use trustworthy processors that only process your personal data on our behalf (“processors”) – in this case our current hosting provider is Hetzner in Germany.
  • Third Country Transfers: None. We store your data within the EEA/EU.
  • Statistics: We run a statistics system that does not track personal data.

  • Storage: All changes and associated metadata is stored permanently.

  • Recipients: None. We do not share personal data with other controllers.
  • Processors: We only use trustworthy processors that only process your personal data on our behalf (“processors”) – in this case our current hosting provider is Hetzner in Germany.

  • Statistics: We may run an anonymous statistics system on our emails that does not track personal data.
