The North Rhine-Westphalia DPA  (''Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen'') is the state Data Protection Authority for the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is charge of enforcing GDPR in the private sector, within the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
The North Rhine-Westphalia DPA  (''Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen'') is the state Data Protection Authority for the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is in charge of enforcing the GDPR in the private sector in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and for the public sector under the jurisdiction of North Rhine-Westphalia (e.g. cities, districts, the police, universities and  tax enforcement agencies).
