The North Rhine-Westphalia DPA  (''Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen'') is the state Data Protection Authority for the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is charge of enforcing GDPR in the private sector, within the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
