Talk:BlnBDI - Deutsche Wohnen SE decision

Hey, under the Act on Regulatory Offences (§ 49 OWiG) in connection with the Code of Criminal Procedure (§ 475 StPO) there is a possibility to get a copy of the BlnBDI-decision, since Deutsche Wohnen appealed the decision. LG Berlin is now the court deciding this case. So I just send them a De-Mail and asked them if they would send me the decision of BlnBDI in full text for GDPRhub. LG Berlin decided in 2001 that there is a possibility for "journalists using the freedom of press" to get copies out of a court case.
