THIRD: REQUEST the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS, which implements, within a month, the necessary corrective measures to adapt its actions to the personal data protection regulations, which prevent the repetition of similar events in the future, as well as to inform this Agency within the same term on the measures adopted. FOURTH: NOTIFY this resolution to the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS. FIFTH: COMMUNICATE this resolution to the Ombudsman, in accordance with the provisions of article 77.5 of the LOPDGDD. In accordance with the provisions of article 50 of the LOPDGDD, this Resolution will be made public once the interested parties have been notified.
