The name of this article should be changed from UODO (Poland) to PUODO (Poland):
- The President of the Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO) is a supervisory authority within the meaning of the Regulation 2016/679 (art. 35 of ACT of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data https://uodo.gov.pl/en/file/307)
- The President of the Office shall perform his or her tasks through the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) (art. 45 of ACT of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data https://uodo.gov.pl/en/file/307)
