I am a barrister, qualified in England, currently working for Anderson Law LLP. Before becoming a lawyer, I qualified in computer science, and worked in computer science research and in industry for a while after that. I have been interested in data protection since the late 1980s - at the time as a computer scientist. I am on the advisory council of the Foundation for Information Policy Research and have in the past assisted the UK Open Rights Group.
I spend most of my time working or thinking about data protection. I hope to put down some of my thoughts on this wiki. I am always happy to chat about the GDPR.
