The "Notice of decision on order and infringement fee" is, under Norwegian Law is a statement where the public body (here the DPA) summarizes its findings and indicates its decision. Normally the part (here the Welfare Agency) is given three weeks to present evidence and new legal arguments. When such are presentet the public agency will make its decision within a reasonable time.
