The interpretation of Article 26 is probably 95% based on the decisions of the ECJ. Why were the three ECJ decisions (see footnotes) not mentioned in the list of decisions?
I am new here and do not want to make any incorrect entries, so my appeal to others: Please catch up.
By the way, there is an (e-) book with 400 pages on this topic in Germany.
