A note on grammar:
"Nacionālajam veselības dienestam" is the name of the institution in the accusative case. I'm not sure if it's intended here.
- "Nacionālajam veselības dienestam" = "(for) National Health Service"
- "Nacionālais veselības dienests" = "National Health Service"
