Suggesting to rework the first two paragraphs. Referral to recital 18 and the operation of the site falling under the GDPR is an important aspect of the case which I would include. Mainly however, the second paragraph is stilted and not consistent with the holding. I was unable to decipher the holding from the machine translation.
