Approved revisions
Hi Mariam, I have edited a page which you have edited before and set an approved revision. Because of that, my edit does not become visible when you visit that page. Can you take a look and also approve my edit? Of course, you can also revert it, if you don't agree. The special page Special:ApprovedRevs lists all pages with unapproved changes.
