The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) coordinates the national data protection authorities. It replaces the precious Article 29 Working Party. All national DPAs have a seat at the EDPB.
Structure
The EDPB was established in may 25th 2018 by [[article 68 GDPR]] as a legal body of the European Union with legal personality. It is composed of the head of all the national DPA and of the European Data Protection Supervisor, or their respective representatives.
