The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (Autoritatea Naţională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal) is the national Data Protection Authority for Romania. It resides in Bucharest and is in charge of enforcing GDPR in Romania.
