The Conference of the Independent Data Protection Authorities of Bund and the Länder (abbreviated to: Data Protection Conference, DSK) is a body that deals with and comments on current issues of data protection in Germany.

Due to the unique situation in Germany, enforcement of data protection is generally in the jurisdiction of the Länder. The DSK is a coordinating body. So no descisions of the DSK are directly applicable. All 18 DPAs in Germany use the decisions by DSK as base of their own.

The head of DSK rotates every year between the DPAs.
