The Norwegian Data Protection Appeal Authority (''Personvernnemnda'') processes and decides on appeals against decisions of the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Parties have to appeal a decision directly at Datatilsynet. If the DPA upholds its decisions, is submitted to Personvernnemnda.
